Who doesn't love Bangle Bracelets?

I absolutely love bangle bracelets! And who doesn't? Some interesting info about bangle bracelets....

"Bangle bracelets may well have been one of the very first types of bracelets to be worn by women about the globe. The simple bracelets could be made even by the earlier form of humans. They were able to use materials that they found, like rocks and bone, and shape or carve them to fit over their wrists.

Bangles have been well-loved accessories for thousands of years. They’ve been worn as status and fashion symbols in various cultures throughout history, and these women came up with all sorts of different way to wear them. Bangles were very popular in Ancient Egypt, where they were often worn on the upper arm instead of the wrist. Many times, the bangles would be made in different shapes depicting animals. Since snakes were considered to be sacred by the Egyptians, some people wore snake bangles. Gypsy women have always been well-known for wearing bangles as bracelets and earrings. It is considered to be a trademark of their culture."
